Wholesale Ordering Process

• Submit Order
  Complete our Sock Order Form with design specifications and submit via email (minimum order 60 pairs; negotiable for volume clients).

• Order Confirmation & Mockup
  We will confirm order details, provide an estimated dispatch date, and prepare a digital mockup to ensure design accuracy.

• Design Approval / Sampling
  Production scheduling commences upon your approval of the mockup. A photo of the first sock will be provided for sign-off. Physical samples can be arranged if required (additional fee and lead time apply).

• Production & Quality Assurance
  Socks are manufactured, inspected, and packed according to your packaging requirements.

• Dispatch & Documentation
  Completed orders are shipped with invoice, packing slip, and tracking details provided.

Our standard MOQ is 60 pairs per design, per colourway. Some styles have higher minimums, so please confirm at the time of ordering.

*MOQ is negotiatable for volume clients. 

Our standard production lead time is approximately 20 business days from order confirmation.

We can also accommodate express turnaround requests of 5–15 business days (flat fee applies, subject to availability).
